Route B now diverted to serve Ingress Park

The new section of road and busway between Greenhithe Station and Ingress Park Avenue was finally opened for use from the first bus on Monday 10th December 2012.  Residents of Ingress Park now have direct public transport access to Ebbsfleet International, Bluewater, Dartford town centre and Gravesend town centre for the first time.

On journeys towards Gravesend Fastrack route B will travel from Greenhithe Station along the new section of road to Ingress Park Avenue.  It will drop off at the stop adjacent to Watermans Way if requested, then continue past Ingress Abbey to turn around at a roundabout and serve the stop between Palladian Circus and Capability Way.  It will then continue on to the stop opposite Watermans Way before exiting the development turning left onto London Road at the Ingress Park Avenue traffic lights.

On journeys towards Dartford Fastrack route B will turn right from London Road into Ingress Park Avenue, then serve the stops exactly as above before exiting the development via the new link road to Greenhithe Station.
