Fastrack is being promoted by a broad partnership of stakeholders, with delivery focussed through the Kent Thameside Delivery Board. As the local transport authority for Kent, Kent County Council is playing a major role. The Borough Councils are also key partners through their planning and development control functions. And the developers of major sites who will provide and support much of Fastrack are of course also key players in the partnership.
Fastrack is also supported by both the Department for Transport and the Department for Communities and Local Government.
