Fares & Tickets
The following Fastrack fares and Arriva period ticket prices are correct as at 4th December 2011.
The Fastrack network is split into three fare zones to make paying for your journey easy to understand. Route A operates entirely within the Dartford and Bluewater zone. The zones are shown on the diagram to the right and the prices of single and return tickets are:

Return tickets are valid at any time during the same day as the outward journey.
Short hop fares of £1.00 single or £2.00 return (50p singe or £1.00 return child) are available. Typically these cover travel over a distance of approximately one-mile - please see information at your Fastrack stop for details of short hop fares.
On journeys starting before 7am the maximum adult fare for any single journey is £2.20.
Arriva day, weekly and four-weekly Saver tickets
In addition to the above, Arriva day, weekly and four-weekly Saver tickets are valid for travel on both Fastrack Routes A and B. Please note that Kent Thameside area Arriva Saver tickets are not available at child rate. Fastrack single and return tickets - may be purchased from the driver.
Arriva Saver tickets - may be purchased as follows:
Day Saver tickets - from the driver or as an m-ticket on your moblie phone or from the Bluewater Travel Centre.
Weekly Saver tickets - from the driver, as an m-ticket on your mobile phone, from the Bluewater travel Centre or from your local shop if it's an epay, PayPoint or Payzone outlet.
4-Weekly Saver tickets - from the driver, as an m-ticket on your mobile phone (and save 10%), from the Bluewater Travel Centre, or from your local shop if it's an epay, PayPoint or Payzone outlet. Or buy online and have your 4-Weekly Saver ticket posted to you (and save 10%).
Annual Saver - as an m-ticket on your mobile phone or online.
Credit/Debit cards - may be used for purchases online or at local shops, and for purchase of m-tickets (but NOT for purchase from the driver or from the Bluewater travel centre).
Child fares are available for the following ticket types -
Single, Return, Short Hop, Early-Bird (Saturdays only) Please note that child fares are not available before 0900am on Monday - Friday (except public holidays)
Child fare entitles those aged between 5 and 16 to travel for half the adult single or return fare.
Up to 2 children can travel for 50p single, 90p return each when accompanied by 2 adult fare paying passengers. Children up to the age of 5 are carried free when accompanied by a fare payer.

English National Concession passes, issued to persons over 60 or registered as disabled (including the London Freedom Pass) are valid on Fastrack buses between 09.30 and 23.00hrs Monday to Friday and all day on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Outside of these times full adult fare will be charged.
The Kent Freedom Pass, which offers free bus travel for qualifying school students, is accepted on Fastrack.
Combined tickets, ask your driver for a through ticket if you need to change from one Fastrack route to another, there is no need to buy a second ticket.
PlusBus is valid on all Fastrack services within PlusBus zones. PlusBus can save you money and is more convenient than buying separate tickets for your bus and train journeys. You pay a set amount for each day's unlimited bus travel in addition to your train fare. Just ask for PlusBus when you buy your train ticket.
